Timeframe for exchanges or returns
All purchased items may be exchanged or returned within 7 calendar days from the date they were received.
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted after this time window.
Return shipping
The cost of return shipping (whether for inland or another country) must be covered and paid by the customer:
If it is from local Panama, the cost would be approximately 3 to 4.50 dollars. (The first time is free)
Products not eligible for returns
Discounted items, promotional items, or others such as swimwear will not be accepted for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons. Therefore, it is suggested that before making a purchase, you consult our staff about measurements, and we will gladly assist you!
In the event that a product is defective or does not fit your size, exchanges will only be accepted if the product is in perfect condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Where to make the return?
We do not offer refunds for returns; however, store credit (valid within 30 days) or exchange for another item of the same value is available.
